The Italian midfielder was promoted to United's first team in 2011 by Ferguson ahead of an FA Cup fifth-round match against Crawley Town. However, that was a one-off appearance before he was permanently inducted ahead of the 2011-12 campaign. Pimenta said: “I call it a train crash. It started bad, it ended bad. Sir Alex came in and he was so angry that he hit the table and our tea spilled everywhere. He was totally red. Mino was totally angry. It was a disaster.”

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Pogba was provisionally suspended after he failed a drug test following Juventus' 3-0 win at Udinese on 20 August. However, he could be banned for between two and four years after his B sample also tested positive for doping. And Pimenta revealed that his entourage is already working on an appeal.
“We’re working on [an appeal] but, being a lawyer, I’m the first to believe that if something needs to be discussed on a legal level, it needs to stay there. But I always have hope,” she added.

WHAT NEXT FOR POGBA?
Pogba will remain out of action for the time being with the ban being extended indefinitely. It has been reported that his Juventus salary could be cut to just €2,000 a month and he also faces the threat of his contract being terminated.
